Our Story

A Vision for Indigenous Maritime Excellence

World Cardinal Maritime Limited is a Nigerian maritime service company founded to provide world-class maritime, offshore support, logistics, and marine consultancy solutions to the oil and gas industry, shipping companies, offshore operators, and marine infrastructure projects across Nigeria and internationally. The company is built on the principles of professionalism, safety, reliability, and international best practices while contributing meaningfully to indigenous maritime development.

World Cardinal Maritime Limited was born from Captain Akpan's vision to strengthen indigenous maritime participation in the offshore and global shipping industry. Having spent years working with international maritime companies and offshore oil operators, he recognised the need for strong Nigerian maritime companies capable of delivering world-class maritime services while developing local maritime expertise.

The company was therefore founded to bridge the gap between global maritime standards and local operational capacity, ensuring that Nigerian and African maritime professionals can compete at the highest international level.
