Founder & Managing Director
A seasoned Master Mariner and Senior Dynamic Positioning Operator with over two decades of professional maritime experience. Captain Akpan is a member of the Nautical Institute, London, and the Nigerian Institute of Shipping. His career spans Deck Cadet through to Captain/Master on offshore support vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessels, fast supply vessels, and oil tankers — with international operations across West Africa and global waters.
Operations Team
Head of Operations
A marine engineer with 15 years of experience coordinating port operations, vessel scheduling, and offshore logistics across the Niger Delta region. He oversees day-to-day service delivery and ensures client operations meet quality and safety standards.
Crew Resources Manager
A specialist in seafarer recruitment, STCW certification management, and crew welfare. She manages the company crewing database and maintains strong relationships with maritime training institutions and flag state authorities to ensure all crew placements meet international requirements.
Port Operations Supervisor
A certified port operations professional with deep knowledge of Nigerian port procedures, customs regulations, and vessel documentation. He has coordinated hundreds of vessel calls across Onne, Apapa, and Calabar ports, ensuring smooth clearance and efficient turnaround for clients.
